Boomger End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Boomger ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Boomger mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

1. Scope of License

Boomger grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, and as permitted by applicable app store usage rules and terms of service.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose unless expressly authorized by Boomger.
• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or any part thereof.
• Create derivative works based on the App.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
• Use the App in a manner that interferes with, disrupts, damages, or overburdens Boomger’s systems, servers, or networks.
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities, including misuse of the dating and community features.
